Total time: 1 hour and 4 minutes and 4 seconds ... not bad for slacking off for my workouts this week.
Times for the 500 yd splits:
- 1st 500 yds: 10:24
- 2nd 500 yds: 10:41.5
- 3rd 500 yds: 10:47
- 4th 500 yds: 10:36
- 5th 500 yds: 10:42
- 6th 500 yds: 10:53
Going to do some running tomorrow and then the Disco Triathlon "Pre-Tri" workout on Sunday. Hopefully, the rain will stay away this weekend!
