- 1st 500 yds: 9:55.5
- 2nd 500 yds: 10:16
- 3rd 500 yds: 10:39
- Accel Gel & water break: 0:31
- 4th 500 yds: 10:53
- 5th 500 yds: 10:59
39 seconds faster than Monday's time for the first 2,500 yards. However, I was a little drained and didn't feel like doing the final 500 yards for a full 3,000. Need to work on both speed *and* stamina.
